Refund policy

at kimochi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. however, if you are not happy with your order, our replacement and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. cancellation:
   orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. please contact us at connect@kimochishop.in to cancel your order.

2. replacement:
   if your product is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the item. please contact us at connect@kimochishop.in with your order details and a description of the issue.
